About me

I am Mateusz Płaziński, a certified sworn translator of English and French licensed by the Polish Ministry of Justice (ref. TP/84/17). I have been working as a certified translator for over 10 years.

I hold a degree in Applied Linguistics (English and French) from the University of Warsaw, and I am a member of the Polish Association of Sworn and Specialised Translators (TEPIS).

I specialise in certified translations of official and legal documents, including:

• civil registry documents (birth, marriage and death certificates)

• criminal record certificates, diplomas and school leaving certificates

• powers of attorney, notarial deeds, contracts and court documents

• company documents and other official documents.

I serve both individual clients and businesses. Translations are available in paper form with the certified translator's seal and signature, or electronically as a PDF with a qualified electronic signature – accepted by authorities, courts and institutions in Poland and abroad. I also provide interpreting services at notaries and public administration offices for English- and French-speaking clients in Warsaw.

In addition to certified translations, I have extensive experience in legal, business and technical translations, having collaborated with construction companies, international corporations, banks and law firms on major infrastructure projects in Poland.
